Fantastic!! Was moving from Canberra to Wollongong and out of several quotes, 777 World Removals were the most cost effective but doesn’t mean quality of service was sacrificed. They showed up when they said they would, Matt was highly responsive from initial quote to moving date, moving guys were friendly, no complaining and went about the move, were very efficient and the move early ahead of the scheduled end time. My new place had stairs (which I thought was going to be troublesome) and they just lifted my fridge, couch and washing machine up the stairs like supermen! Also looked after both apartments ensuring they didn’t bump into walls/doors when moving things. Also dismantled my bed and reassembled the frame of the bed, which was highly appreciated. I used 777 to move from a 2nd level unit to home. The unit was very difficult to access and move furniture out of due to narrow staircase, amount of stairs ,no lift and travel distance between my unit and the closest parking spot for the truck. Not once did the workers complain or slow down, they plastic wrapped and blanketed all furniture without being asked to do it. Despite the job taking longer then the quote stated the owner stuck to the agreed cost of the moving despite running hundreds of dollars over the original estimate. Charge was door to door, didnt charge for fuel and minimal cost to hire a 3rd man on the truck. All staff were friendly and respectful towards my belongings and family. I would happily reccomend 777 to anyone looking for move with no hidden costs. ~ Joel C

The team in general is great Starting with the sales team that replied mega promptly to any question and or request. Then the crew were efficient, amicable, respectful and careful. Mike, Mao and Has (sorry if misspelled) were very dedicated and careful. Quick and efficient without being careless to be quick. Our experience was great. They did the job cleanly and organised. The only thing I found a bit expensive was the piano moving as our piano is an upright with wheels. But 5 stars for service and quick attention and , again amicable and respectful and informative team, definitely deserves it. Thanks. You made our day a breeze ~ Al N

Fast work and experienced people, they very gentle for handle my items but not waste any second. Three people work and they all keep work and not waste a second. Experienced team lead for move all you need into your door. I booked two drop off locations and they come with two trucks, a big 14t truck for large house and one small one for last drop off location for three items only, they think all possible cases other than me because one of my drop off location may with limited space they get a small truck for it. Had a fantastic experience with 777 World Removals this afternoon, had the pleasure of dealing with Kass, Allen and Mike. They were professional, punctual and fast at packing/ unpacking my stuff. Had two guys shift us today, the house was 5 bedroom and full of stuff in the garage too. they worked non stop from 8 to 6.15 flat out were very meticulous in wrapping up the numerous crystal cabinets fridges freezers big stuff they were on time and rang to advise they were on their way and very professional. Can’t thank them enough for such a fantastic job well done fellas definitely recommend them again. Prices very reasonable compared to others I got and Truck was big enough to fit all stuff so only needed one trip. ~ K R

I contacted this removal company last Thursday to have some heavy, valuable furniture moved from storage to my home on the following Monday. Matt was easy to communicate with by email and phone. I was quoted a fair price based on their estimation of the time it would take. They arrived with my furniture on time, were well presented, worked carefully and efficiently and placed everything where I wanted it with no damage. I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Booked our removalists move a week ago. From booking with Matt and requesting for a big truck which he has confirmed to sending the 3 man crew, it was all easy peasy. The guys, Allen, Kass & Mike did a very good job. It was an 8.5 hours of non-stop hard yakka. Didn't hear any complain from them. Always smiling and telling some stories while still hauling things. Very happy with the job. Good job guys even if there are breakage here and there. Still 5 stars for these guys ~ Tigas S

Very happy with the exceptional service from the team. They really went above and beyond helping my wife and I move house, everything was carefully loaded/unloaded, and they even saved us further trips by packing additional items - we moved our entire home contents in 2.5 hours. I had 2 great young men help me move today from one end of town to the other and it was all done so quickly and nothing was a problem for them at all. They moved my stuff in 3.5 hrs and it was so nice to have everything pretty much where i needed it. Used their services moving a large family home. They answered our call for assistance after another company sent out a very small van 3 hours later than scheduled. I found the phone booking people very helpful and accommodating. The removalists themselves were hard working, careful, courteous and friendly. A little on the slow side, but I'd rather that than risk having things damaged. The carefully dismantled anything that required it, and wrapped things in plastic where necessary. ~ Armen V

These guys came to our rescue at the 11th hour!! After being screwed around by another removal company who didn’t show up and gave us no reason as to why, we called 777 removals at 7:45pm and Matt booked us in for the next day at 11am. The two guys rang in the morning and said they’d be an hour earlier than expected which suited us and they did a great job to get all our gear out in such a timely, friendly and professional manner. 10 out of 10 service. My original removalist stood me up did not turn up at all, and when he called me 3.5 hours later was rude and swore at me eventually hanging up. 777 world removals came on short notice with their biggest truck and the 3 guys that came did the work quickly and took extreme care with my stuff. We used 777 World removals for our recent house move. They were good value for money and accommodated the date we wanted (last week before Christmas). The men arrived right on time, went straight to work and did not stop until the truck was empty the other end. The men were polite, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend 777 to anyone moving within the Wollongong Area. Allen, Mick and Mahed were punctual, professional and friendly, and made our move day a whole lot less stressful. We were working in near 30’ heat, and despite all of us becoming quickly drenched in sweat, the guys declined our offer to take 5 to grab some water, instead preferring to power through until the job was done. Have used 777 three times and yet again I am absolutely floored at the manager and removalists professionalism and efficiency. The price being ridiculously cheap just blows my mind. I highly recommend 777 World Removals. The two removalists arrived on time, they were very polite and courteous and they took extreme care in handling our furniture, which included some very heavy items.
