I used 777 to move from a 2nd level unit to home. The unit was very difficult to access and move furniture out of due to narrow staircase, amount of stairs ,no lift and travel distance between my unit and the closest parking spot for the truck. Not once did the workers complain or slow down, they plastic wrapped and blanketed all furniture without being asked to do it. Despite the job taking longer then the quote stated the owner stuck to the agreed cost of the moving despite running hundreds of dollars over the original estimate. Charge was door to door, didnt charge for fuel and minimal cost to hire a 3rd man on the truck. All staff were friendly and respectful towards my belongings and family. I would happily reccomend 777 to anyone looking for move with no hidden costs. ~ Joel C
Fantastic!! Was moving from Canberra to Wollongong and out of several quotes, 777 World Removals were the most cost effective but doesn’t mean quality of service was sacrificed. They showed up when they said they would, Matt was highly responsive from initial quote to moving date, moving guys were friendly, no complaining and went about the move, were very efficient and the move early ahead of the scheduled end time. My new place had stairs (which I thought was going to be troublesome) and they just lifted my fridge, couch and washing machine up the stairs like supermen! Also looked after both apartments ensuring they didn’t bump into walls/doors when moving things. Also dismantled my bed and reassembled the frame of the bed, which was highly appreciated. The team in general is great Starting with the sales team that replied mega promptly to any question and or request. Then the crew were efficient, amicable, respectful and careful. Mike, Mao and Has (sorry if misspelled) were very dedicated and careful. Quick and efficient without being careless to be quick. Our experience was great. They did the job cleanly and organised. The only thing I found a bit expensive was the piano moving as our piano is an upright with wheels. But 5 stars for service and quick attention and , again amicable and respectful and informative team, definitely deserves it. Thanks. You made our day a breeze ~ Al N
